• Prepares documentation including evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Participates in program development and professional growth activities.

• Active occupational therapy license in the practice state.
• Ability to work hours as specified, with strong communication and visual acuity skills.
• Preferred 1-3 years of clinical experience.
• Commitment to compassionate care, confidentiality, and safety standards.
