RoleSenior Compensation Analyst — play a key role in shaping compensation programs that attract, retain, and reward top talent. Partner with leaders across HR, Finance, Risk, Legal, and business lines to deliver data-driven compensation strategies, incentive plan design, and governance support. This role offers opportunities to influence enterprise-wide compensation programs and expand expertise in Total Rewards.
Key Accountabilities- Analyze compensation programs, market data, and financial models to support competitive, equitable, and business-aligned pay practices.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide compensation guidance, recommendations, and consultative support.
- Develop incentive compensation analyses, financial models, and scenario planning to evaluate plan effectiveness and business impact.
- Manage compensation data, reporting, and system administration across platforms such as Workday, Payfactors, and other compensation tools.
- Coordinate annual compensation planning activities, including salary, bonus, equity, and incentive compensation processes.
- Prepare governance materials, plan documentation, and committee presentations while supporting regulatory compliance and enterprise risk management.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Risk, HR, and business stakeholders to implement compensation initiatives and continuous process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience administering and analyzing compensation programs.
- Experience developing financial models, market analyses, and compensation recommendations.
- Strong analytical, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with compensation systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification or ability to obtain within 3-5 years.
- Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP) certification or ability to obtain within 3-5 years.
- Experience supporting incentive compensation plan design, governance, and administration.
- Experience with Workday Compensation, Payfactors, or similar compensation platforms.
