Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies in order to achieve sales, margin, and market share goals. This person will lead a team of sales representatives throughout Kansas, Iowa, and parts of Nebraska and Missouri.

📍 Candidate can live in either Omaha or Kansas City

Develop the strategic direction for the sales teams to drive growth while maintaining profitability.

Lead and develop a high-performance sales team.

Manage the team performance, sales metrics, and be in tune with the sales pipeline.

Work with the team on goal-setting and ensuring success in achieving those goals.

Analyze and understand industry trends to help develop solutions and pricing strategies that ensure competitiveness in the market.

Work with leadership as well as internal and external resources to ensure delivery of the best overall customer experience.

Promote the company’s mission, purpose, and core values in all activities and duties.

A bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or engineering is desired.

5+ years of applicable industry, leadership, and business development experience.

Proven track record of increasing top-line sales revenue and bottom-line results.

Experience and proven ability to implement effective systems, processes, and metrics.

Strong language, mathematical, and reasoning skills.

Knowledge of working with the P&L and budgeting. Collaboration with other departments to ensure profitability.

Proficient with Office Productivity Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to learn and use ERP systems.

Valid driver's license and record of the appropriate type and class to operate company vehicles.

Perform the position’s physical functions with extensive mobility and ease, including walking, sitting, standing, bending, talking, hearing, seeing, and using hands to operate tools necessary for the job.
