Day Shift | Monday–Friday | Starting at $19.50/hour

45-hour work week with additional overtime opportunities available

This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, learning new skills, and building a long-term career in manufacturing. Many of our team members have advanced into skilled production, machine operation, leadership, and other specialized roles throughout the company.

• Prepare, assemble, and package materials for customer shipment
• Count, organize, and verify parts for accuracy
• Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility
• Touch up and rework materials as needed to meet quality standards
• Follow customer specifications and shipping requirements
• Support the team in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
