Requirements- Previous experience in industrial painting and grinding
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer
- Mix and apply paint using various techniques such as spraying, rolling, and brushing
- Operate grinding equipment to smooth and finish surfaces
- Inspect finished work for quality and make any necessary touch-ups
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
