Mars is seeking a Production Shift Coordinator for the Night Shift at our Fremont, NE facility. The role focuses on providing technical leadership, scheduling, and shift direction across packaging, receiving, processing, and sanitation to ensure safe, efficient production at peak reliability.
The successful candidate will back the Shift Manager, handle department lead responsibilities as needed, and coordinate with maintenance and reliability teams on SAP work orders and BOMs.
