Nye Health Services is seeking a creative, driven, and versatile Marketing Specialist to help elevate our brand, tell our story, and support the continued growth of our organization. This newly created position will play a key role in developing engaging content, managing social media channels, promoting events and services, capturing photos and videos across our campuses, and supporting recruitment, admissions, and community outreach efforts.

The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller who enjoys both strategic marketing and hands-on content creation. This position offers the unique opportunity to shape the future of marketing within a growing healthcare organization that serves seniors across multiple service lines.

• Develop, create, and manage engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and other emerging channels.
• Create graphics, videos, reels, and photography that showcase residents, team members, events, and organizational culture.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all marketing channels.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages as appropriate.

• Travel to campuses and events to capture photos and videos.
• Create short-form video content for social media, recruitment, admissions, and community engagement campaigns.
• Maintain an organized library of marketing assets and content.

• Support marketing initiatives for admissions, recruitment, new services, events, and community outreach programs.
• Coordinate press releases, media outreach, and follow-up marketing efforts for organizational announcements and special events.
• Assist in developing marketing campaigns that increase awareness of Nye's services and employment opportunities.

• Track and report key performance metrics, including social media engagement, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness.
• Utilize data and insights to recommend improvements and enhance marketing performance.

• Promote community events, campus activities, and organizational initiatives.
• Attend events as needed to capture content and support marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with campus leaders to identify and highlight meaningful resident and employee stories.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
