Position Overview:

We are seeking caring and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team for evening coverage (6:00pm - 10:00pm). This short-shift role is an excellent opportunity for students, individuals looking for supplemental income, or those wanting flexible work hours. CNAs play a key role in providing hands-on care and ensuring the highest quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
• Assist residents with meals and hydration as needed
• Monitor residents' well-being and promptly report any changes in condition to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
• Create and maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
• Build positive and respectful relationships with residents, families, and team members

Qualifications:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Nebraska
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to excellent resident care
• Previous experience in long-term care or healthcare preferred but not required
