Position Summary
Nye Health Services is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a part‑time overnight role. This position plays a critical role in delivering high‑quality nursing care while ensuring the safety, comfort, and well‑being of residents during overnight hours. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, attentive to detail, and committed to providing exceptional care.
Essential Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
- Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the RN or physician
- Respond to call lights and resident needs with urgency and professionalism
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with policies and regulations
- Collaborate with CNAs and other team members to ensure continuity of care
- Support a calm, safe, and secure overnight environment
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Prior long‑term care experience preferred, but not required
