As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA), you will play a key role in delivering hands‑on, compassionate care to residents while supporting their comfort, dignity, and overall well‑being. This position works closely with nursing leadership to ensure high‑quality care and a positive resident experience. Ideal candidates are dependable, team‑oriented, and committed to making a meaningful impact each day.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide safe transfers and repositioning using proper techniques
- Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff
- Support residents with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Promote a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines
- Previous experience in long‑term care or healthcare setting preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
