As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA), you play a vital role in delivering exceptional, person‑centered care to our residents. You will support daily living activities while building meaningful relationships that enhance quality of life. This position is essential to ensuring a safe, compassionate, and engaging environment for those we serve.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide timely and attentive response to call lights and resident needs
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and dining services as needed
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Accurately document care and services provided in accordance with company and regulatory standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents and team members
• Build positive, respectful relationships with residents, families, and team members
• Follow all infection control, safety, and compliance protocols

• Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of Nebraska
• Previous long‑term care or healthcare experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
