Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team on day shift. In this role, you will provide hands‑on care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety while promoting independence and quality of life. CNAs play a vital role in creating a warm, respectful, and engaging environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide support during meals, including assistance with feeding as needed
• Observe and report changes in residents’ physical condition, behavior, or mood to the nursing team
• Assist with transfers and ambulation using proper techniques and equipment
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, especially those in Memory Care
• Follow individualized care plans and document care provided accurately and timely
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized resident environment
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards
• Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and other team members to provide exceptional care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of Nebraska in good standing
• Previous experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long‑Term Care is preferred (but not required)
• Compassionate, patient, and resident‑focused approach to care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift, reposition, and assist residents as needed
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
