Additional CompensationIncludes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Meat / Produce associates keep the Fresh area fully stocked, rotate product, and maintain food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
