Job Description Summary
As a Clinical Structural Heart Specialist, you will support sales and initial installs of Cardiovascular Ultrasound products in the Structural Heart, EP, OR, and cath/cath lab hybrid environments. The territory covers the Chicago, Wisconsin, and Minnesota regions.
Roles and Responsibilities- Demonstrate equipment capabilities of GE Cardiovascular Ultrasound (CVUS) products in Structural Heart environments.
- Maintain pre‑ and post‑sales relationships with internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with the global team.
- Provide clinical and strategic sales support to Business Development Leaders (BDL’s).
- Occasionally conduct demos or installations to support local Clinical Application Specialists (CAS).
- Support technical and commercial shows.
- Penetrate high‑visibility competitive accounts and relay current market intelligence, field concerns, and requirements to the Global and CVUS teams.
- Lead market analysis and execute strategies to drive CVUS Structural Heart ultrasound sales, prospect new key‑opinion leaders (KOLs), grow, and maintain the existing customer portfolio.
- Develop relationships with third‑party Structural Heart device companies.
- Maintain strong working relationships with third‑party representatives.
- Work with CVUS CAS, RADS, and CEMS to develop content, mentor, and deliver training to enhance the clinical team’s skills.
- Build long‑term customer relationships and identify opportunities that meet immediate customer needs.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with ARDMS or CCI Registry in Echocardiography.
- 3+ years of clinical experience in sales or comparable experience.
- 5+ years in Structural Heart, 3D, and TEE experience.
- Knowledge of GE Vivid products and connectivity.
- Proficiency with computer, network, and connectivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, especially in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel 75% within the specified geographic region; occasional travel outside the region and overnight stays as required.
- Strong clinical and technical expertise with Cardiovascular Ultrasound (Vivid products).
- Proficiency in production and multimedia tools.
- Experienced in demonstrating products and solutions to diverse healthcare audiences.

For U.S.‑based positions only, the pay range is $–$ annually. Compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives.
