Multi Media Sales Representative - Lincoln

Job Summary

NRG Media Broadcast House in Lincoln is seeking a dynamic multi‑media sales professional to join our team. The role involves working with local business owners and decision makers to create and deliver marketing solutions across our five radio stations and a full digital platform.

• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across radio, event, sports, lead generation, and digital channels such as display, pre‑roll, geofencing, search engine marketing, OTT/CTV, and social media.
• Manage existing accounts while pursuing new business opportunities.

• 1–3 years of marketing and/or sales experience (preferred, but training will be provided to the right candidate).
• Experience selling digital products is a plus.
• Strong communication talent.
• Organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to build strong professional relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree with experience (preferred but not required).
• Comfortable being held accountable to prospecting metrics and sales‑related KPIs.
