Cengage Group is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Consultant to act as a trusted advisor to an established customer portfolio, helping schools adopt, expand, and maximize digital learning solutions. You will build relationships, understand goals, and drive long-term growth and retention.
You will lead onboarding and training programs, conduct sales demos, and identify opportunities to expand within existing portfolios while coordinating with the Customer Success Manager on account transitions.
