We are looking for a hardworking maintenance technician who wants to grow with our company and be a strong team player. This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to providing excellent customer service. The ability to speak Spanish and prior maintenance experience are not required but are preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Complete work orders and make apartments ready for move-ins in a timely and efficient manner.
- Quickly respond to tenant service requests and handle accordingly.
- General Handy person duties for building and apartment maintenance.
- Valid Driver's License required
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. required and other physical requirements
- Willing to train the right person
- Experience in various areas of painting, electrical, heating, plumbing, appliance, or general repairs preferred
- Criminal background check required
