Set up and anchor modular units including anchoring, block and leveling, interior and exterior seaming, and VAPS installation; install steps, canopies, and ramps; perform knock-down of buildings and secure walls for shipment; disconnect utilities and mate-line crossovers; perform electrical and plumbing work for customer units; complete work orders and service orders via Field Service Application; maintain tools and equipment; interact professionally with customers and internal teams;
may perform duties of Branch Service Tech or Field Service Tech as needed; perform customer modifications as required
