Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business strategies and market initiatives with a focus on analytical and business modeling.
- Enhance customer experiences by identifying growth opportunities and fostering innovations in services and partnerships.
- Effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives and various departments.
- Lead cross-disciplinary virtual teams to drive business development initiatives from inception to execution, in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Negotiate and align with global partners, fostering long-term partnerships through adaptability and strategic communication.
- Demonstrate motivation, creativity, ethical integrity, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience in the lottery or gaming sectors is preferred.
- Proven track record in business development, consulting, marketing, sales, or relevant fields with external customer engagement.
- Extensive experience managing external partnerships and deriving insights for opportunity identification.
- Substantial experience in structuring, negotiating, and managing complex commercial agreements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or related fields.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead in uncertain environments.
Your career with us provides a competitive compensation range of $90,746 - $200,000, with opportunities for commissions and bonuses. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401(k) contributions, and more, subject to eligibility requirements.
