As a vital member of our team, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing business strategies that pave the way for new partnerships and innovative business models. Your expertise in navigating complex commercial deals will be essential in ensuring our clients achieve their goals and communities benefit from our offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies and market initiatives with a focus on analytical and business modeling.
  • Enhance customer experiences by identifying growth opportunities and fostering innovations in services and partnerships.
  • Effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives and various departments.
  • Lead cross-disciplinary virtual teams to drive business development initiatives from inception to execution, in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Negotiate and align with global partners, fostering long-term partnerships through adaptability and strategic communication.
  • Demonstrate motivation, creativity, ethical integrity, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Experience in the lottery or gaming sectors is preferred.
  • Proven track record in business development, consulting, marketing, sales, or relevant fields with external customer engagement.
  • Extensive experience managing external partnerships and deriving insights for opportunity identification.
  • Substantial experience in structuring, negotiating, and managing complex commercial agreements.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead in uncertain environments.

Your career with us provides a competitive compensation range of $90,746 - $200,000, with opportunities for commissions and bonuses. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401(k) contributions, and more, subject to eligibility requirements.
