- Leads a Customer Service Team to deliver exceptional service to all customers, ensuring a positive experience that supports customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Recruits, hires, and manages staff, conducting interviews, onboarding, and, when necessary, terminations to maintain a strong, capable team.
- Sets clear, achievable expectations for team members and provides the tools and resources needed to meet these standards.
- Oversee office functions, including accounts receivable, invoice processing, and various reporting tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborates with the General Manager and other leaders to evaluate and enhance the quality of customer interactions across the Service Center.
- Facilitates orientation and on-the-job training for new Customer Service Representatives, ensuring all roles and responsibilities are well understood.
- Provides cross-training on all customer service tasks so that team members can perform any customer service‑related function as needed.
- Coaches and guides the team to continuously improve service quality and operational effectiveness in meeting customer needs.
- Coaches and guides the team to continuously focus on customer growth and customer retention.
- Communicates company initiatives to the Customer Service team, holding regular team meetings to keep staff informed about goals and objectives.
- Conducts individual performance evaluations on a quarterly and annual basis, recognizing achievements and identifying areas for improvement.
- Manages customer service staffing to align with the Service Center’s business demands and adjusts scheduling as needed.
- Direct and assign daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to the team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5 years of related experience.
- Five years of customer service experience.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
- Management and leadership skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in interactions.
- Proficiency in PC software – Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Ability to type at least 45 words per minute.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work well with others and contribute positively to a team environment.
- Relentless pursuit of high‑quality customer service, with a focus on customer satisfaction, relationship‑building, customer growth and customer retention.
- Fundamental accounting knowledge to support basic financial and billing functions.
