This management position is tasked with performing the daily operational practices of running the car wash facility and providing excellent customer service. The position is responsible for implementing workflow procedures based on directions from the General Manager, supervising employees during day‑to‑day tasks, providing customer support in escalated situations, and managing the overall workflow of the workplace.
