Assistant Controller

This role will partner closely with the GM & CFO to ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain internal controls, and improve accounting processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
- Assist with financial statement preparation and variance analysis
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Lead the annual inventory process and accounting related activities
- Maintain internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance
- Assist with budget/forecast processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
