Salary: $55 - $65 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, operating metrics, and manufacturing performance.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain leadership to understand cost drivers and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, labor, materials, overhead, inventory, and production variances.
• Provide variance analysis and explain actual results versus budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Develop reporting and dashboards that provide leadership with visibility into key financial and operational KPIs.
• Support annual budgeting and long-range financial planning processes.
• Analyze production efficiency, productivity, capacity utilization, scrap, labor performance, and other operational metrics.
• Partner with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to analyze purchasing, material costs, inventory, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Evaluate capital expenditures, business cases, and return-on-investment opportunities.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate findings to leadership.
• Build financial models and ad hoc analyses to support strategic business decisions.
• Improve financial reporting processes, systems, and analytical tools.
• Assist with month-end close and management reporting as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across Finance and Operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, manufacturing finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate financial information effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to understand the larger business picture.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting the financial performance of our manufacturing operations. This position will partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and senior leadership to provide financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and performance insights.

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and business-minded finance professional who can translate complex financial information into clear recommendations. This person should be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and have the ability to identify trends, challenge assumptions, and drive continuous improvement.
