Our dietary team plays an important role in creating a positive dining experience for residents while ensuring meals meet nutritional guidelines and dietary needs.

• Prepare and cook meals according to menus and physician-ordered diets
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Ensure meals are prepared on time and served at proper temperatures
• Assist with food prep, portioning, and plating as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work area
• Work collaboratively with dietary staff and other departments to support resident satisfaction

• Previous cooking experience preferred (healthcare or long-term care a plus)
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to follow recipes, menus, and dietary restrictions
• Dependable, team-oriented, and compassionate toward residents
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
