, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by planning and implementing engaging activities that promote mental, physical, and emotional well-being.

• Plan and implement individualized activities for residents, including arts and crafts, games, exercise programs, and social events
• Encourage resident participation and socialization through group activities and one-on-one interactions
• Collaborate with the activities director to develop and implement activity programs that meet the needs of our diverse resident population
• Assist with the planning and execution of special events, such as birthday celebrations and holiday parties
• Maintain accurate records of resident activities and participation

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting an asset (Preferred)
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed
