Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team at Parkview Care Center in Fremont, Ohio. Responsibilities:
  • Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for residents
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of residents' physical and cognitive abilities
  • Design and implement individualized therapy plans to promote resident independence and mobility
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident progress and develop treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care and therapy sessions
