Greeter​/Specialist

As a Fricker’s hostess/greeter, you are the first and last person the guests will see during their visit. You are responsible for creating a positive first impression and ensuring guests leave happy.

• Greeting guests as they arrive and informing them of specials and events.
• Thanking guests as they leave and inviting them back.
• Managing a waiting list, seating guests, bussing tables, and assisting servers.
• Entering carry‑out orders into the POS system, suggesting items, ensuring orders are correct, and handling money.
• Assisting servers and managers throughout the dining room.
• Ensuring every guest leaves happy.

• Knowledge and skill training to help you succeed.
• Ongoing coaching, teaching, and training for development.
