• Subject to placement in any position on the Production floor, including all four classifications:
  Insert, Demold, Offline, Inspect/Repair.
• May be transferred from one job to another within the same shift.

• If early outs are available, preference for one utility class per shift.
• Receive Utility pay for Holidays and Vacations.
• Must be proficient in each production classification.

Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

Experience: Any combination of training and work experience indicating the ability to perform Utility department tasks.

Other Requirements:

• Leadership and good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to transfer knowledge to others
• Self-starter with continuous improvement traits; able to work independently
• Safe working habits
• Must be proficient in all four classifications within 60 calendar days of award
• Must be available for overtime

Majority of time in a production environment. Exposure to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level is usually moderate.

Frequently reach with hands and arms. Occasionally bend, walk, balance, talk, and hear. Occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 30 pounds. Visual requirements include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Standard work hours are 8 hours per day, 5 days per week on an assigned shift. Hours may be adjusted for training or equipment needs. Ability to work overtime or irregular hours, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as required.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving multiple concrete variables in standardized situations.
