• Assist machine operators with equipment setup, operation, and monitoring
• Load raw materials and help keep production running smoothly
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Support machine changeovers, roll splices, and minor adjustments
• Complete production documentation and report equipment or quality issues
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Follow safety, GMP, food-safety, and operating procedures
• Build hands-on skills that can support continued growth in machine operation

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to follow work instructions and production schedules
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to work 12-hour night shifts
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and work in a hot, fast-paced environment
