Graham Packaging is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations at our Fremont, OH facility, directing safety, quality, customer service and resource utilization. You will lead shift and staff development, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement using Lean methods to meet company goals.
Collaborating with sales and service teams, you will ensure on-time production, effective inventory control and adherence to GMP standards. 0-25% travel may be required.
