Certified Nursing Assistants; CNA Nights

Position Summary

A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Countryside Manor will provide personal care to residents under the direction and supervision of a RN/LPN, reporting to the Director of Nursing. This role is available as both full‑time and part‑time on the night shift.

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co‑workers.
• Assist in daily care of residents such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living.
• Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, safeguard residents’ personal belongings, and report suspected abuse or neglect.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Experience: Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift, and transfer residents.
