Countryside Manor is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for our Weekend Warrior program in Fremont, Ohio!

Are you a CNA looking for a weekend opportunity where you can feel supported, appreciated, and make a difference? Join our nursing team at Countryside Manor and help provide compassionate, quality care to our residents.

Experienced CNAs and newly certified CNAs are encouraged to apply!

• Provide direct care and support to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene

• Assist residents with meals, feeding, and hydration

• Help with transfers, mobility, ambulation, and repositioning

• Take and record vital signs as directed

• Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs

• Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team

• Follow individualized resident care plans

• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, comfort, and independence

• Follow infection control and safety procedures

• Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, families, and other healthcare team members

• Work together with the nursing team to provide excellent resident care
