Position Summary:
Countryside Manor is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Weekend Warrior team
. This opportunity is ideal for CNAs who want a consistent weekend schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration
- Help with transfers, mobility, ambulation, and repositioning
- Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs
- Take and record vital signs as directed
- Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable resident environment
- Provide compassionate and respectful resident-centered care
Schedule:
- Weekend Warrior CNA position
- Consistent weekend scheduling
- Must meet Weekend Warrior program scheduling requirements
- $4,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time CNAs (paid within first year)
