Position Summary:
Countryside Manor is seeking dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Weekend Warrior nursing team
. This opportunity is ideal for LPNs looking for a consistent weekend schedule while providing high-quality care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct resident care including medication administration, treatments, and nursing services
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans
Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment
Weekend Warrior
Schedule:
Weekend Warrior nursing position
Consistent weekend scheduling
Must meet Weekend Warrior program scheduling requirements
Compensation & Benefits:
$8,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time LPNs (paid within first year)

Active, unencumbered Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Current CPR certification
