Position Summary:
Countryside Manor is seeking dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Weekend Warrior nursing team
. This opportunity is ideal for LPNs looking for a consistent weekend schedule while providing high-quality care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct resident care including medication administration, treatments, and nursing services
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans
- Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment
Weekend Warrior
Schedule:
- Weekend Warrior nursing position
- Consistent weekend scheduling
- Must meet Weekend Warrior program scheduling requirements
Compensation & Benefits:
- $8,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time LPNs (paid within first year)

Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Current CPR certification
