Inside Sales Representative

Shift

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm

Inside Sales Associates support customers in purchasing products necessary for roofing, building, and remodeling projects. You will recommend solutions, place and process sales orders, manage payments, coordinate pickups and deliveries, and maintain inventory levels.

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and upsell additional products and supplies.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payment and apply it to the appropriate customer account.
• Coordinate customer pick‑ups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for.
• Reorder products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns, should they arise.

• 1-2 years’ experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred (roofing supply sales or site work with a crew).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time‑management and prioritization skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Detail and service‑oriented.
