What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, access control protocols, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a food and beverage production and distribution location.
• Control access at gates, lobbies, and/or checkpoints by verifying identification, issuing and recovering visitor credentials, maintaining visitor and vendor logs, and directing foot and vehicle traffic to approved areas.
• Screen and coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries by checking shipping documentation, confirming driver identification, and communicating with operations staff regarding dock and yard access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, parking lots, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns for reporting and follow-up.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
