Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorization for people and/or vehicles entering the location, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in required logs and systems;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for security-related concerns, unauthorized activity, and/or conditions that could impact daily operations;
Help to deter unauthorized access by following post orders, directing visitors and deliveries to designated areas, and reporting policy violations or suspicious activity to site leadership
