Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following site-specific access control procedures and security-related policies at the location;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and document visitor, delivery, and/or vendor activity in support of authorized access throughout the facility;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate site contacts and completing required reports;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, and key access areas, with attention to shipping, receiving, production, and/or warehouse locations as assigned;
Support emergency response activities and help to deter unauthorized access, disruptions, and/or policy violations within a fast-paced food and beverage environment
