Salary Range: $20.00 To $24.00 Hourly

Style Crest, Inc. is seeking a safety-focused, dependable CDL Class A Local Shuttle Driver / Warehouse Spotter to join our team. This position is ideal for a driver who enjoys being home every day while playing a critical role in supporting our transportation and warehouse operations.

In this role, you will primarily shuttle trailers between facilities, move and spot trailers in our yard, and support warehouse operations as needed. This is a hands‑on position that combines driving responsibilities with warehouse support to help ensure efficient and safe operations.

• Safely shuttle trailers between company facilities and designated locations.
• Spot, stage, and reposition trailers within the yard and warehouse areas.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and complete required documentation.
• Deliver customer orders locally as assigned.
• Maintain compliance with all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety requirements.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and warehouse activities as needed.
• Support Driver Warehouse or OTR Driver coverage during vacations, absences, or business needs.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment when qualified and authorized.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers and team members.

• Valid CDL Class A License with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to meet and maintain all physical qualification standards outlined in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR).
• Current DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one.
• Previous Class A driving experience preferred.
• Warehouse, distribution, or trailer spotting experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
