Warehouse Associate, Material Handler, Forklift Operator, Stocking
Style Crest is seeking a Warehouse Associate who is committed to ensuring that products are accurately received, stored, and shipped. The ideal candidate is reliable, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to our dynamic team. As a warehouse associate, you will perform activities such as order fulfillment, inventory receipt, handling and storage, and loading of product to fulfill customer orders.
Warehouse opportunities are currently available for 1st and 2nd shift work.
Salary: $19.00 per hour.
Monday through Friday —
NO WEEKENDS!
1st shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm.
2nd shift: 3:30 pm – 12:00 am.
- Receive inventory products, stock shelves, and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Pick, pack, load, and ship all products in a timely, safe and efficient manner, utilizing material handling equipment and RF scanners.
- Load and unload products safely using lift trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment, and may involve lifting and moving heavy loads.
- Verify inbound receiving lists and enter product into inventory using the appropriate tools and systems.
- Engage in warehousing duties such as picking/packing, storing of inventory, housekeeping, and product movement.
- Fulfill orders with pick accuracy and report inventory shortages to management.
- Maintain good customer service skills while interfacing with customers on pickups.
- Assist in cycle count and inventory management responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
- Maintain clean, safe work areas at all times.
- Complete all other duties as assigned.
- Prior warehouse experience using RF scanner/guns.
- Prior forklift and pallet jack experience.
- Customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication for processing documents such as bills of lading, transfers, and pick tickets.
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, divide, multiply).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to learn and utilize a computer system to check inventory and orders and manage time.
- Ability to lift, push, pull and move up to 80 lbs.
- Must obtain and maintain power equipment operating certification (forklift, pallet jack, side loader).
- Good communicator with a customer‑first attitude and can‑do behavior.
