Accounting Assistant

Accounting Assistant Salary:

$20–$25/hour | Onsite

• Process accounts payable invoices and vendor reconciliations
• Generate tenant/customer invoices and apply incoming payments
• Assist with accounts receivable tracking and collections follow-up
• Maintain fixed asset schedules and organized accounting records
• Support general accounting functions and special projects as needed
• Collaborate with property and branch personnel regarding billing inquiries

• 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Previous exposure to CAM accounting
• Experience with AP/AR processes and reconciliations
• Strong Excel and organizational skills
• Stable work history with demonstrated longevity
• Positive personality with the ability to thrive in a collaborative office environment
• Degree in Accounting preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered

• Fully onsite position Monday–Friday
• Standard hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Onsite
