Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Administrator:

• Process vendor invoices accurately and on time

• Match/Code invoices with receiving documents

• Manage vendor setup and maintain accurate records

• Reconcile AP statements and resolve discrepancies

• Prepare payments and support month-end close activities
Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Administrator:

• Prior experience in accounts payable or similar accounting role

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Familiarity with accounting software and basic Excel functions
