• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial records
• Assist with month-end close processes
• Prepare financial reports and support management with budget tracking
• Process payroll and ensure accurate recording of related entries
• Maintain organized vendor and customer records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting best practices
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies

• 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
