Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Payroll Clerk to join a dynamic team in California. This role involves working with Kronos Workforce Ready and is a full-time, temporary position. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy, contributing to the seamless operation of payroll processes.

Responsibilities
  • Match invoices to receiving documents.
  • Evaluate assigned account's business processes and provide recommendations for automation and enhancements that generate additional revenue.
  • Post invoices into the computer system.
  • Research vendor statements, phone calls, and discrepancies.
  • File paid and unpaid invoices and statements.
  • Handle inquiries from vendors.
  • Maintain A/P system records.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts on a periodic basis.
  • Provide a wide variety of customer service for Executives and Operations.
Qualifications
  • Experience using Kronos Workforce Ready preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills for handling inquiries and providing customer service.
  • Proficient in maintaining A/P system records and reconciling general ledger accounts.
Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, full-time.

Benefits

This position offers a competitive hourly wage, with a pay range from $20 to $22 per hour.
