Operations Finance Coordinator

Job Description

Operations Finance Coordinator I is responsible for paying bills in the accounts payable department. Data entry of invoices and TJVs into payable or TJV system.

• Processing invoices for payment in the accounts payable department.
• Match up the Purchase Order or Purchase Voucher to the invoice while checking that the amount charged is the same as on the PO or PV. Make sure all items have been received.
• Code invoices accurately from the PO or PV. Prepare Price Variance Form if needed.
• Input invoices into the payable system.
• Reconcile vendor statements.
• Research payments as needed.
• Input TJV data into TJV system.
• Filing and assist with monthly closing of records.
• Communications with vendors regarding payment, invoice, and related issues.
• Communications with other Aramark components.
• Other duties as assigned.

• This role may have physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
