Overview
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their client's team in California. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of operations in the finance department, focusing on processing and monitoring incoming payments.
Responsibilities- Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.
- Preparing bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
- Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Generating financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
- Monitoring and managing customer accounts and overdue balances.
- Communicating with customers to address and resolve billing issues.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
- Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
1st Shift, full-time hours.

Pay RangePay Range: $22 - $25 per hour
