Overview
Staff Accountant — Salary: $70,000–$85,000
• Full Time
• Onsite

- Variety in daily responsibilities across operations and finance
- Strong role for building or deepening construction/job-cost accounting expertise
- Maintain and reconcile job cost records to ensure accurate cost allocation
- Analyze labor costs and productivity to support margin performance
- Track inventory and apply material costs accurately to jobs
- Review job profitability and investigate cost or revenue variances
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation entries
- Support month-end and year-end close, including audit preparation
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 1-3+ years of accounting experience
- Sage 100 software experience is a plus
