Our client, a well-established manufacturing company in Fresno, is seeking a Controller to lead the accounting and finance function. This Controller position offers the opportunity to partner closely with leadership, oversee day-to-day accounting operations, and provide financial insights that support business growth and profitability.

• Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, and month‑end close
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities
• Manage inventory accounting and manufacturing cost accounting processes
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Coordinate year‑end audits and tax‑related activities
• Develop and improve accounting procedures and reporting processes
• Partner with executive leadership to provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities
• Manufacturing accounting experience required
