Accounting Clerk
Compensation: $21-$24/hour + Full Benefits
Location: Fresno, CA Full-Time Onsite

- Process and verify vendor invoices, including pricing, quantities, and account coding
- Assist with check runs and vendor payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and maintain vendor relationships
- Review and update contracts prior to submission
- Generate customer invoices and apply payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies
- Assist with journal entries and account reconciliations
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
- Support tax reporting and maintain organized financial records
- Assist with special projects and other accounting duties as needed
- Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting
- Property management accounting experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated job stability and a desire for long-term growth
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred, or two or more years of relevant accounting experience
